About Paige

I’m an interior designer, yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, and design consultant whose work explores the relationship between people, space, and change. Across interiors, yoga, retreats, and one-to-one work, I help people create more clarity, steadiness, and alignment in how they live, move, and relate to the spaces around them.

In any setting, I focus on the same questions: what patterns are shaping someone’s experience, what is asking to change, and what would create more support. My work is rooted in the relationship between body, space, and daily practice, and in the belief that change becomes more sustainable when those elements are aligned rather than at odds.

Before this chapter, I spent years in upper management in corporate environments and then led a successful interior design studio for nearly two decades. That work gave me a deep understanding of how environments, pace, and pressure affect people’s bodies, nervous systems, and sense of home. Yoga and meditation entered my life as practical tools for navigating intensity and burnout, and over time they moved from personal practice to an integral part of how I support clients.

Today, I draw on interior architecture, embodied movement, and years of study in yoga, meditation, and awareness-based practices to support people through seasons of change. My approach is clear and grounded—connecting spatial design, somatic awareness, and simple, steady practices that can actually live in the day-to-day. If you’re interested in working together through design, private sessions, retreats, or collaboration, I’d be glad to connect.

I hold a B.A. from UC Berkeley, a Certificate in Sustainable Design from UC Berkeley Extension, and an Advanced Certificate in Tao Geomantic Studies from the Qi-Mag International Feng Shui & Geobiology Institute, along with multiple yoga certifications and initiations. I bring together experience in technology, design, interior architecture, and yoga to support people through change—helping them shape both their spaces and their lives with more intention.
