Yoga & Retreats

Yoga, meditation, and rest practices that support resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change. I offer regular classes, private sessions, workshops, and retreats designed to help people reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater steadiness and care.

Ways to practice

Yoga classes

In weekly classes, we work with movement, stillness, and attention to build steadiness over time. You can expect clear cues, pacing that respects the nervous system, and room to explore rather than perform.

My classes may include:

– Vinyasa-based classes with a focus on breath and stability and building core

– Yin and restorative practices that emphasize rest and repair

– Occasional workshops that explore seasonal themes or transitions

Private yoga

Private sessions offer tailored movement, breath work, and rest practices that meet you where you are and support what you’re moving through now. Together, we create sequences and simple practices you can return to on your own, so the practice continues beyond the session.

I didn’t realize how much I needed a yin session! Your passion for teaching and leading others through energetic spaces made it a magical way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Thank you, Paige. Dr. C.D.

Retreats & workshops

Retreats create a container away from daily life to reset your rhythms and reconnect with what matters. I co-lead retreats that combine yoga, meditation, time in nature, and reflective practices, with plenty of spaciousness built in.

Driftless Thresholds: A Fall Retreat for Rest, Ritual, and Renewal
October 22–25, 2026
– Red Clover Ranch, Soldiers Grove, WI

A four-day retreat weaving yoga, meditation, creative ritual, sauna, cold plunges, and farm-to-table meals to support deep rest, reflection, and intentional transition into the darker season—complete with a bonfire and dance party.

Mini retreats

Custom solo and small-group mini-retreats at a quiet lake house, designed for deep rest, clarity, and creative or life transitions.

A retreat with me is less about packing the schedule and more about giving your body and mind enough room to soften, listen, and re-orient. You leave with practices you can bring back into everyday life, not just memories of a beautiful place.

Paige is an exceptional yoga instructor. She makes you feel at ease instantly, and reminds you that you always have the permission to accept where you are in the moment. A class with Paige leaves you with a greater center of peace and calm. A class with her is the next level of yoga and meditation that we all absolutely need to restore our spirits, and be our most whole selves. M.N.

How I teach

My teaching is grounded in gentle, precise movement, core strengthening followed by spacious rest, and practices that support the nervous system. It is informed by my own experience of using yoga, meditation, and rest to move through burnout, anxiety, and depression, and by years of helping others navigate change with more steadiness, compassion, and care.
