Private Sessions
One-to-one support for times of change, transition, and realignment. These sessions help you work more intentionally with the relationship between your space, your body, and your daily practices, so change feels more grounded, clear, and sustainable.
You might be someone who can hold a lot — a bit of a badass, an over‑achiever, the one others lean on — and also sense that something in you wants a different way. Your life might look “fine” on paper, but inside you feel scattered, stretched, or on the verge of a shift you can’t yet name. These sessions are a place to soften your grip, listen more closely, and find a gentler, truer way forward.
When something feels off
You might notice that something isn’t quite lining up. Your space is fine on paper, but it doesn’t really feel like you. Your days are full, yet you feel scattered, stuck, or on the verge of something you can’t quite name. Maybe you’re crossing a threshold—a move, a loss, a career shift, a relationship change, a new chapter—and your outer life hasn’t yet caught up with who you’re becoming.
I work at the intersection of space, movement, and awareness
Meaningful change rarely comes from one place alone. It happens through the relationship between your environment, your body, and the way you move through daily life.
Space — Intentional environments that reflect who you’re becoming, not just who you’ve been.
Movement — Yoga, meditation, and rest practices that support your nervous system and help you meet change with more steadiness, presence, and breath.
Practice — Simple rituals, creative processes, and reflective conversations that bring clarity to what’s shifting, so you can move forward with more intention.
In private sessions, I help you build intentional reminders of what matters most—whether that’s an altar, a visual matrix, a daily practice with an accountability partner, or a designed portal that marks a specific transition or moment in time. My role is a bit like a transition doula: I help you translate insight into structures, objects, and rhythms that keep you connected to the life you’re choosing. These sessions are especially supportive for over‑achievers, creatives, and caretakers who are ready for more ease without abandoning their depth.
A real-life example
T. & J. first reached out after moving into a new house and struggling with something that seemed simple on the surface: they couldn’t figure out how to place their furniture. An oddly placed door and the general feel of the home made it hard to settle, and underneath it all was a quieter knowing that something wasn’t quite right. Read more
These sessions often help people feel safer in their own space, more grounded in their bodies, and clearer about how they want to move through a transition.
“I had a moment of panic in my home, and through somatic work I was able to trace it back to a twenty‑year pattern of never fully unpacking, hanging my art, or putting down roots. Seeing that clearly opened the door to a different way of being—one where making a home and tending a stable, open space could support my family and my creative work.” — J.
“The work we’re doing professionally wouldn’t have been possible without the clarity that came from being rooted and settled in a home that truly supports us.” — T. & J.
“There is a grounded, loving, no‑bullshit quality to Paige. She pierces through the fog in a way that’s confronting but loving, and somehow makes the truth feel obvious.” — T.
