Private Sessions

One-to-one support for times of change, transition, and realignment. These sessions help you work more intentionally with the relationship between your space, your body, and your daily practices, so change feels more grounded, clear, and sustainable.

When something feels off
You might notice that something isn’t quite lining up. Your space is fine on paper, but it doesn’t really feel like you. Your days are full, yet you feel scattered, stuck, or on the verge of something you can’t quite name. Maybe you’re crossing a threshold—a move, a loss, a career shift, a relationship change, a new chapter—and your outer life hasn’t yet caught up with who you’re becoming.

I work at the intersection of space, movement, and awareness

Meaningful change rarely comes from one place alone. It happens through the relationship between your environment, your body, and the way you move through daily life.

Your environment shapes your thoughts.
Your body carries your experiences.
Your awareness determines how you show up.

Space — Intentional environments that reflect who you’re becoming, not just who you’ve been.

Movement — Yoga, meditation, and rest practices that support your nervous system and help you meet change with more steadiness, presence, and breath.

Practice — Simple rituals, creative processes, and reflective conversations that bring clarity to what’s shifting, so you can move forward with more intention.

In private sessions, I help you build intentional reminders of what matters most—whether that’s an altar, a visual matrix, a daily practice with an accountability partner, or a designed portal that marks a specific transition or moment in time. My role is a bit like a transition doula: I help you translate insight into structures, objects, and rhythms that keep you connected to the life you’re choosing.

What people say:

It was a beautiful class and I didn’t realize how much I needed a yin session! Your passion for teaching and leading others through energetic spaces made it a magical way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Thank you, Paige. Dr. Chloe

Paige is an exceptional yoga instructor. She makes you feel at ease instantly, and reminds you that you always have the permission to accept where you are in the moment. Paige has an incredible gift with language, and beautifully incorporates this into her yoga practice. A class with Paige leaves you feeling at ease, with a greater center of peace and calm (I fell asleep in my last Yoga Nidra class with her). Paige is a true gem of a human being - a class with her is the next level of yoga and meditation that we all absolutely need to restore our spirits, and be our most whole selves. Martha

Paige your workshop was just what I needed. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. It was an amazing experience. Maria
