Consciousness

Paige’s work in consciousness bridges yoga, meditation, and spatial experience. A former elite gymnast and professional dancer, she first encountered yoga through the body, and stayed for the stillness, evolving her practice from discipline into devotion. Today, she teaches at Yogaview and leads yoga and meditation retreats, weaving Vinyasa and Yin to support nervous system regulation and inner alignment. As Interiors Lead with Make Conscious, she explores how awareness, ritual, and design intersect—approaching each space as an extension of meditation, where geomancy, Taoist principles, and multidimensional lineages can quietly reorganize how we feel, focus, and connect.

Make Conscious

Phenomenal Design & Conscious Architecture

Make Conscious is both a philosophy and a set of practices aimed at deepening awareness, integrating self and environment, and fostering intentional living through design, meditation, and psychological work.

The Make Conscious approach emphasizes Phenomenal Design, which integrates spiritual, energetic, and historical awareness into architecture and land development. Unlike traditional design, it prioritizes a harmonious relationship between humans and the earth, transforming the visible and invisible aspects of a site into insight. This method draws on indigenous wisdom, focusing on the "seed" rather than the "fruit," ensuring sustainable and regenerative outcomes in both built and natural environments. Rituals, ceremonies, and mapping are used to create a phenomenal data set that balances ecological and cultural systems, bridging traditional and contemporary design knowledge (Make Conscious).
